The well-known gospel singer Mercy Chinwo is being sued by her former record label boss, Eezee Tee, after controversial critic VeryDarkMan exposes evidence that implicates her.
Notably, Mercy Chinwo and Eezee Tee are involved in a lawsuit in which she accuses her former record label boss of financial exploitation and fraud.
Recently, VeryDarkMan has released evidence that implicates Mercy Chinwo in the lawsuit drama.
VeryDarkMan asserted, supported by proof, in an Instagram video that Mercy Chinwo is closely connected to both the presiding judge and the case’s prosecutor.
Rotimi Oyedepo, the prosecutor, has been sanctioned by the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) for alleged human rights infractions, according to VeryDarkMan.
In addition, VeryDarkMan asserted that Michael Nzekwe, the presiding judge, follows Mercy Chinwo on Instagram, raising concerns about his relationship to the singer.
He proposed that the judge resign because of his relationship with Mercy Chinwo and voiced worries about possible partiality.
“This case should be given to a neutral person, a Muslim judge that may not know Mercy Chinwo, doesn’t listen to gospel songs and doesn’t know Eezee concept”, He added.
