President-elect Trump announced three key White House appointments on Monday, including two individuals returning from his first term.
James Braid will serve as deputy assistant to the president and director of the Office of Legislative Affairs, after previously working in legislative affairs during Trump’s first term and serving as policy staffer for Vice President-elect JD Vance.
Alex Latcham will return as deputy assistant to the president and director of the Office of Public Liaison, having previously held roles in Trump’s first term and served as senior deputy political director for his campaign.
Matt Brasseaux will be appointed deputy assistant to the president and director of the Office of Public Affairs, after working as a deputy political director for Trump’s 2024 campaign and the Republican National Committee.
