Wasiu Ayinde, also known as Kwam 1, a well-known Nigerian Fuji singer, has denied claims of reconciliation with his estranged wife, Fathia Titi Marshall, claiming she has left his life for good.
The Fuji maestro made the statement in response to internet speculation of a breakdown in his marriage to Aderopo Emmanuella.
Two weeks after the Sallah celebration, reports surfaced claiming that Kwam 1’s apparent reconciliation with estranged wife Titi Marshal and her children had caused Emmanuella to leave his home.
In an exclusive interview with prominent journalist Stella Dimoko-Korkus, the 68-year-old musician, in response to the viral claims, denied reconciliation with Titi Marshal.
Regarding his purported separation with Emmanuella, Kwam 1 stated, “I’m not separated from Emmanuella. We do not have any problems. It is normal to say that a lady is jealous. The only issue in a relationship is the rules you try to establish.
“Titi Marshall is no longer with us, but I can’t stop thinking about the three children we had together.
“Emmanuella brought this on herself since I encouraged her to avoid social media and focus on her business. But I suppose she didn’t like it that way. She is completely entitled to her own reaction. She isn’t getting any younger; she already has two grown-ups in university, and the third is set to join them. So, rather than social media, these are the concerns we should be thinking about. I have no plans to take a new wife. Emmanuella is my only wife,” he said.
According to STAR MEDIA, Kwam 1 married Titi Marshall in 2018 before leaving her to marry Emmanuella in 2021.
