Sony Pictures is previewing the opening scenes of Kraven the Hunter, starring Aaron Taylor-Johnson.
In the first eight minutes, Kraven enters prison, fights, kills gang leader Seymon Chorney, escapes, and fakes his own death.
When Chorney questions Kraven’s identity, he responds by saying, “There’s an ounce of truth in every myth,” before killing him.
Taylor-Johnson introduced the clip, sharing that it was first shown at New York Comic Con.
The film, based on the Marvel Comics character, is part of Sony’s Spider-Man Universe and opens in theaters on December 13.
Other cast members include Russell Crowe, Ariana DeBose, and Fred Hechinger.
