Jude Chukwuka, a Nollywood actor, has spoken out about being attacked by some unknown men on a movie set in Ikorodu, Lagos State, following Mohbad’s death.
According to him, the young men attacked him because they assumed he was Naira Marley’s father.
Chukwuka Jude revealed in an interview with Seun Oloketuyi on his YouTube page that the assailants accused him of being Naira Marley’s father and responsible for Mohbad’s untimely death.
He claimed that the group was certain that Naira Marley, whom they had misidentified as his son, was responsible for the singer’s murder.
“I knew from the start that blaming Naira Marley for Mohbad’s death was an attack on his personality,” Chukwuka said, recounting the incident.
“Because it was finally their chance, some people wanted to make the most of the situation and become famous. A group of men attacked me on the set of a film, claiming that my son was to blame for Mohbad’s death. “I am not the father of Naira Marley,” I informed them. I informed him that my home is Delta State and he is from Abeokuta.”
