A memorial for Broadway star Gavin Creel will be held on Monday at 4 p.m. EST at New York’s St. James Theatre.
The celebration of his life will be open to the public and live-streamed online.
Creel, who passed away from cancer in September at age 48, was known for his Tony-winning roles in Hello, Dolly!, Mary Poppins, The Book of Mormon and more.
In his honor, all Broadway theaters will dim their lights on December 3 at 6:45 p.m. Creel was celebrated for his vibrant energy on stage and his advocacy off stage.
