Portable, a controversial singer, has called out social media critic Verydarkman for claiming he would feature the singer in a diss track against gospel artist Mercy Chinwo.
Mercy Chinwo sued Verydarkman for defamation, seeking ₦1.1 billion. In response, the critic announced plans to release a diss track, claiming Portable would appear on it.
Portable responded to the claim by distancing himself from the drama and advising Verydarkman to stop defaming people online.
He said, “Stop talking about me, very dark brain.” You defame people online, everyone with grace, by going after everyone. Are you willing to feature me? Do you have ₦100M?
Portable’s response has sparked reactions online, with many praising him for refusing to be drawn into the controversy.
