Nigerian international Bright Osayi-Samuel is expected to leave Fenerbahce at the end of the season after failing to reach an agreement on a new contract with the Turkish giants.
According to Mackolik, the club has ended negotiations with the defender, who demanded a significant salary increase.
Osayi-Samuel, who currently earns less than €3 million per year, requested a salary increase that Fenerbahce refused to meet.
As a result, the Super Lig club is willing to let him go on a free transfer when his contract expires this summer.
Fulham and Crystal Palace are reportedly monitoring the 27-year-old full-back’s situation as he considers a return to England.
Osayi-Samuel joined Fenerbahce from Queens Park Rangers in January 2021 and has since established himself as a key player for the club.
